The detail carving knife from Badger State Blades features a sharp 1.5″ long blade tapered down to a nice point making it a great for getting in tight areas and putting that fine detail in your carvings. The Signature handle is shaped from maple and is a basic straight handle with chamfered edges and a short taper towards the blade. If you are a beginner, and don’t have that perfect shape in mind for a knife handle, it is hard to go wrong with a nice-sized straight handle like this.
